At Socotra Health, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, we provide a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve received your item and decided you no longer want it, provided the product is unopened, you can still request a return within 30 days. Supplements will not be returned to stock but will be sent to our QA department for analysis.
Refund Process
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
